Paper? Tests? Expectations? Color management?

I just got an Epson Ecotank l3210. If I have a problem, I can't get the right color of what I'm printing; it seems like it didn't have any color before. Maybe you can help me fix it.

I have tried these methods:

Printer properties: *I tried all paper type it didn't work at all

*Also I tried all the Quality type also didn't work

*color is turned on

*I tried playing with Color correction also didn't work

(And I tried print head cleaning didn't work) except power cleaning I don't know what that is.

First and foremost, what are you printing onto? If it's anything other than inkjet photo paper, then bad results are likely. Also, people have been known to put the wrong side of the paper up in the printer, which produces terrible results (and often a mess); are you sure you're printing on the correct side of the paper?

Second, Keith Cooper (a real expert) is right that a nozzle check is typically a good basic test, especially insofar as your prints look quite red, and I have no idea whether that's intended. Likewise, Keith's suggestion of using a known-good professional test image is a good one. Bill Atkinson's printer test file is one of my favorites, and you can grab a basic version of it by going to my post at https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/61518002, right-clicking "original size" under the image, and choosing from the menu that pops up Save Link As... or similar. Use this file for your printing tests.

Third, the L3210 does not have any photo-printing features. What are your expectations from this sort of print? Have you seen one print photos of the quality you expect?

Fourth, "color management" is a term of art, and what you refer to (paper type, quality setting, 'color' turned on) is not what is meant by color management. Are you familiar with e.g. using ICC printing profiles to get accurate color? This might help us understand your level of experience and knowledge to guide you appropriately.
